At BrickCrest, we want your LEGO® sets to arrive safely, quickly, and at no surprise cost. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to Australia and worldwide from our base in Mount Low, Queensland. Whether you're across Australia or in Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, or Latin America, your order can be delivered to your door.
Some destinations may be excluded by our carriers due to sanctions, security restrictions, or local import bans. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you and refund your order in full.
Shipping Options and Rates
We offer two shipping options on every order, regardless of destination:
- Standard Shipping — FREE: Free standard shipping worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend required.
- Express Shipping — $20.93 AUD: Faster delivery for time-sensitive orders, charged in Australian dollars at checkout.
You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland and national public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Estimated delivery windows after dispatch are:
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days for metropolitan areas; 5–10 business days for regional and remote areas.
- Standard Shipping (New Zealand & Asia-Pacific): 7–14 business days.
- Standard Shipping (North America & Europe): 10–18 business days, depending on customs clearance.
- Standard Shipping (rest of world): 12–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days for metropolitan areas; 2–5 business days elsewhere.
- Express Shipping (international): 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, public holidays, peak periods, or other carrier-related issues outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We dispatch orders through Australia Post, StarTrack, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other reputable domestic and international couriers, depending on your destination and parcel size. The carrier used will be indicated on your shipping confirmation email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery's progress, including international handovers and customs status.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at robin_yaden984@usa.com or through live chat.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and local sales taxes (such as VAT, GST, HST, or equivalent) in the destination country. Where supported by the carrier and required by law, applicable duties and taxes may be calculated and disclosed at checkout (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). Where they are not pre-paid (DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid), any additional duties or fees imposed at the border are the responsibility of the recipient.
BrickCrest is not responsible for unforeseen customs delays. If your shipment is held by customs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number, and reach out to us if you need assistance.
GST (Australian Orders)
Australian prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable. The GST amount is itemised on your order receipt.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to protect your LEGO® sets in transit. New, sealed sets are shipped in their original packaging inside a protective outer box. Pre-owned sets are securely packed with appropriate cushioning to prevent damage during international transit.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including any unit numbers, postcodes, and contact phone number for international deliveries. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at robin_yaden984@usa.com or through live chat; we'll do our best to update it before dispatch, but once an order has shipped we cannot change the destination.
We ship to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes. Some courier services may not deliver to PO Boxes for international orders; if this affects your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (Australia) or 14 business days (international), or if your parcel is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at robin_yaden984@usa.com or through live chat. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photos of the outer packaging before opening it.
- Photograph any damage to the contents.
- Email robin_yaden984@usa.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and the photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
Failed Delivery and Redelivery
If you are not home to receive a parcel that requires a signature, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. If a parcel is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, an unclaimed pickup, or a refused customs declaration, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping fees may apply for parcels that are returned to us.
Currency
Standard shipping is free worldwide. Express shipping is charged at $20.93 AUD regardless of destination. Product prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), or in your local currency where supported by Shopify Payments.
